He always performs like this, it’s just an act for some performances. As of the rest he’s very sweet and communicative with the crowd (at least on the concerts i watched). Love him

I hate clip based opinions. Yes this looks weird. I don't follow him that much but based on his fans here, he seems normal. So I'll go with that.

He always does that during I Fall Apart. He's just putting on a dramatic show   There's video of him right after the show leaving with his gf smiling and waving backstage at fans.
