OT : he just seems emotional. 

He always performs like this, it’s just an act for some performances. As of the rest he’s very sweet and communicative with the crowd (at least on the concerts i watched). Love him

I hate clip based opinions. Yes this looks weird. I don't follow him that much but based on his fans here, he seems normal. So I'll go with that.
