Misleading title. It makes it sound like Gaga was the second most streamed female artist of the week when she was barely top 10 :rip:

Edited by The Music Industry

But I thought Gaga was a fad and had a forgotten discography. :psyduck:

It also seems to be dependent on how many albums they've released since 2020 (the start of the chart). Beyoncé has released one. :deadbanana2:

And Lady Gaga has released three because of The Chromatica Remix and Cheek To Cheek: The Re-Up? Please...

You'll have to ask the OP, who seems to be posting the thread without and evidence or explanation to back up the stats. :heart2:

It's about entries from different albums regardless of year of release. No conspiracy theory behind it

It's a weekly chart and in the OP I clearly elaborated, what else do you need? :toofunny2:

It's Spotify's top 200 weekly global album chart that includes the most streamed albums during that week, good enough for you?  :lakitu:

Is Chromatica or Joanne one of the albums? :biblio:

Maybe yes, maybe not, but "Flop This Way" definitely is, and not just because of Bloody Mary

At least someone was able to explain the thread! I think in their rush to troll, they didn't put a source for the data or an explanation for what it meant.

So it's predominantly albums that have been released since 2020, plus any additional ones that have tracks with good recurrent streams? Thank you for clarifying! I have no doubt once Beyoncé releases some more albums since the conception of this chart, she'll climb further.

I-

We get threads about the Spotify daily chart all the time and I don't see anyone posting a source.

And Gaga's 3/5 albums are pre-2020 :sistrens:

The position of the album is relevant thought…

#3 Midnights

#20 1989

#24 folklore

#27 lover

#38 reputation

#53 Red tv

#105 Speak Now

#108 Fearless tv

#111 Evermore

Those threads are created off the back of tweets, or links to the chart. You know, sources. Instead you (presumably) copied and pasted this data from somewhere, in your teary fury from seeing the daily chart thread and didn't provide the source.

I simply asked to clarify what the thread meant, considering there was no explanation for it. Now I know it's for a chart that started in 2020, so the more albums released since then the more likely you are to have a higher total. I already thanked the other user for their clarification. :)

I literally bolded it in the OP :deadbanana4:

There's a chart called "Spotify Global Weekly", how is this confusing?

And the creation of the chart has nothing to do with the performance of a particilar artist. What kind of a theory is that? :dies:

Gaga has TF, TFM, BTW and ASIB charting, all of these albums are pre 2020 :toofunny3:

A couple of people have already clarified how it was confusing, you're welcome to read their posts and ask them directly if you're still uncertain. I've already shared my opinion on this. Hope it helped!

I don't know how long Taylor will keep riding this wave, but if she keeps it for another 5 years or so, there will be very few all time female stats not on her name.

"a couple of people" = you and another OGH :skull:

Anyways, anyone is welcome to check it out on spotifycharts.com :celestial5:

The fumes in here.

Gaga also being the only 00’s female to have a 2B song :clap3:
