Actually I just checked and The Gayz are actually performing the best digitally in Korea (Circle Chart)  "Maverick" peaked at #6, "Thrill Ride" peaked at #11 and "Whisper" peaked at #18 out-peaking every 4th gen bg  Like they are the only 4th gen bg to have a top 10 hit and multiple top 20 hits 

Kingdom truly helped them wow 

Kingdom did somehow benefit some of the groups such as SKZ, ATEEZ and The Gayz who went from not charting at all, to scoring top 30 hits   It definitely benefitted The Gayz the most though 

 

I would also say that ATEEZ are bigger than ENHYPEN in Korea as well when comparing both digital charts. 

 

Actually, Sugar Rush Ride has peaked at #11 so far. Could've went top 10 if it wasn't for the Friday release

 

Higher peak than Whisper, so I think they're the biggest BG in Korea by a significant margin, now that the Kingdom hype is clearly starting to wear off for The Boyz (Whisper did worse than both Maverick & Thrill Ride like everywhere)

how can people not see that baemon atm is clearly just a tool for yg to leverage themselves in renewal negotiations with blackpink. the fact that they were rush announced in response to the scandal of them moving to the black label was a fear tactic. yg is trying to show blackpink that they're replaceable with literal children who will last longer 2x in the industry and that they need yg

I had I feeling this was likely the case, because I'm sure if they don't renew YG will make sure they can never use the BP name outside of that company  unless the girls have the coin to buy the rights which they might The next few months for them will be interesting between the tour and Coachella; shame despite being dungeon'd half of their career they're working the most they ever have been up until the negotiations
