Starbucks' Q4 earnings aren't meeting expectations of investors so their stock is depreciating. Their market value is tanking worldwide, especially in a lot of Eastern countries (mainly China). It started because of Covid but now theyre apparently wanting to increase their market value in China specifically. Seems like they're currently using celebs like Kpop Idols to promote the brand and possibly make it more popular in those markets? That's the clear explanation. 

People in the states are "boycotting" Starbucks bc theyre claiming they're funding Israel in the current conflict. Reality: Starbucks' Workers Union made a post supporting Palestine and the company reacted by suing the workers union for using the name "Starbucks" on a public platform in support of a war. Starbucks is not funding Israel whatsoever, they're suing the union for using their brand in solidarity of a war they have no point being in solidarity in. People on Twitter and TikTok have spun this into somehow claiming Starbucks is directly funding a genocide, when there's no proof of them sending any money.

And kpop stans on twitter saying idols are not doing this on purpose, when idols themselves are not allowed to name or show any brand that they are not endorsing. So we already know they are paid for this, and their companies aren't searching nothing, they just take the coins and post them not drinking while showing the brand.
