Of all the songs on the setlist, why are they doing this to World?   @Witnessed ET Just bc I know this is one of your favorite songs from them, do you agree with their sentiment on this song? I saw enough qrts saying this was a valid reaction to World that maybe true enthusiasts of the 2022 snooze bop can understand

Nn I don’t stan that song like that, I just said I enjoy it and I don’t get how people can dislike such a joyful feel-good song

but that footage is old lmao, idk why they chose that song but I know members always tease Mingyu for his big tiddies and sex appeal so maybe this was just one of those moments.

Social media changed Kpop forever. Especially for major companies. Thier goal will always be to maximize fandom first over the Korean GP. There’s a few exceptions but Money runs the Game. I wouldn’t be surprised if more western collabs and Brand deals happen in 2024

That's true, but that's mostly from the company's perspective. Artists mainly make money from two things: cf deals and touring. The CF fee or the money you get at the end from the endorsement depends on the popularity of the idol. A lot of money for idols are made through CFs, acting, advertisements, modeling, variety show appearances because most of that money goes straight to the artist. Also it takes an immense cost to produce an album and market it. Also many people have to get paid (producers, songwriters, photographers..).
