Hybe bought those songs as part of their 8-figure launch budget.  With Blackpink, the lower costs maximizes profit.

I don’t see BP release any of those songs, completely not their musical landscape and aesthetic

 

the thing is that you can give those songs to Itzy and they would it eat up, give BP’s songs to any other group - I’m yet to see any group pulling them off well  BP has such specific brand and sound, it will be very hard to ditch it - what other group could sing Typa Girl or Tally and not look silly?

 

but you know, you can just happily enjoy LSRFM as a group, maybe some day they will get there

yg makes no sense as a company and a business person. you literally have one of the biggest girl groups in the palm of your hands and instead of capitalizing off that you made them supermodels instead? the fact that they've all more or less directly shaded the facts that they're over performing the same songs over and over again then people why they look type over it sometimes in their performances
