I heard her post on IG... The new version sounds like a mess, the overproduced vocals and production are NOT IT. Of course she was going to ruin it. Like, it's not THAT HARD to realize people like the demo because of the simple Pharell beat and her clear vocals. I guess we need to presure her to release the demo, I already see a lot of complains on the post.

I'll keep listening to the demo.

She will never have a successful viral hit unless it’s an actual released song.

I think the reason why Back That Up 2019 Madame X version isn’t on streaming yet is because it still belongs to Interscope and the album won’t enter her current Warner catalogue until 2024. So at very least the responsibility falls on Interscope partially for not fully capitalizing on this.

Idk it's confusing because they were able to put the Interscope era remixes on her remix album.

Maybe she didn’t feel the urge to get these songs uploaded immediately bc the overall reception to the era was divided, even tho she used Ciao Bella for Madame X live movie and everyone was so sure we were getting the bonus tracks back then
