From the interview someone posted, he’s talking about the process towards getting partial custody of his kid(s)..I don’t think this was planned or intentional. Very sad. RIP

It didnt help that his family was a mess growing up and even as an adult. Nick Carter really escaped the chaos by joining BSB.

I never really was into him but I knew who he was even as a kid and it's sad to see how bad things got for him. It hurts even more knowing that a LOT of people out there, famous or not, deal with similar struggles that Aaron did. We know people like him - they're our friends, they're our family, they're out there. So I hope his soul is at peace. 

 

 

How sad! He seemed to have a lot of inner demons and personal troubles. Rest in peace.

He was a teen idol for many and (as it often happens unfortunately) being in the spotlight since he was a kid took a toll on him.

I remember being 4 years old and seeing him in that Lizzie McGuire Christmas episode performing I want Candy. 

He was one of the only boy crushes i had. RIP
