Coffee, no question. If you find a coffee shop that you love, its almost like ritual to go there daily  

 

Coffee / cafe culture is huge in my country so lucky there are plenty great cafes around. 

White and green tea all the way. I hate coffee.

if you "need" the amount of caffeine in coffee to wake up in the morning, you most likely to have a gut problem caused by something in your diet.

 

once I got my gut health under control, I feel so alive in the morning and just have a thermos of green tea around 12-2pm.

 

clean up your guts girls! just because TikTok foodies eat sugary, salty, fatty foods every day and still look relatively healthy doesn't make that a healthy lifestyle!

Tea, of course. Coffee has a delicious smell, but its flavor is too strong. A no for me.
