215,331 less WW than last Wednesday…

 

I don’t know what happened in the past 2 days to make it fall really hard compared to last week. It can’t even be Halloween impact as the falling is occurring after Halloween.

This. As well as the fact Urban AC will not get rid of her duet "Make Me Say It Again, Girl".  The Isley Brothers released a new single w/ a visual the day the album came out, adds date was this Tuesday, but their duet's peak was last night.  Hopefully "Cuff It" starts climbing again there.

Even if this isn't turning out to be a true smash, it's still a global hit that's keeping the album afloat for now. If it does start to die down I'll be a bit worried on behalf of the album. Hoping for a proper release of Alien (with a music video) or a remixed version of Heated at the very start of the new year if Cuff It doesn't last until then.

 

But it's way too early to declare this single dead

It’s not done on radio lol. Even with a negative spins update in Urban AC she still has the second highest increase in spins for the past 7 days in the format, only behind Rihanna’s payola. And it’s the same with Rhythmic. She’s topping both formats eventually. Chill.

The radio update is not bad, it's too soon to say it peaked there. Most of the spins are still positive. 

 

Now streams, I agree. I kept expecting it to cross 3,5M-4M for 3 weeks but it was stuck in achieving just about 3M on Friday and then dipping again. The song could use some promo (a video) but let's hope after the album's bombs and Xmas it bounces back.
