That credit should only go to Jungkook idk why Spotify has them in it

They do this to majority of solo, just to boost the group total streams... they always fake in everything.

This is like a norm in K-pop. Most solos in albums get billed as the group on streaming platforms.

If anything, that's Charlie Puth's fault since BTS is credited on his song.

But not for BLACKPINK of course :rip:

Yeah this has always been the case. The group is a unit and everything a member does solo is for the sake of promoting said unit whether it's music, dramas, cfs. They are always presented as X from X. I mean it can happen that they are just refered as their name, but this way it benefits everyone the group and said solo member because it has the tag of the successful group in his other projects

Did it really count, though? Charlie Puth jumped +88 positions, but Jung Kook didn't enter the top 200.

Will be funny when they all release solo albums that are counted as BTS

I was confused tbh. In the title it clearly says "ft. Jungkook" but BTS is tagged on the "artist" section.

BTS was 4 million behind Taylor yesterday. And they didnt release anything else and Taylor did release Carolina too.

Guess it didnt count for Jungkook. Certainly did count for BTS

So Charlie went from ~5 million to ~13 million. Thats a pretty big debut

This is pretty much a normal things for artists to do. To my fellow Taylor stans, keep it cute: both Brendon Urie and Panic at The Disco are credited on ME! on Spotify.
