Every single male artist that show some crazyness or disco-ish side is said to be gay  It's 2022 and nothing really changed since 1970.

 

It's also very reductive to me to think "gay or not gay". I mean there is so many shades of color in between. We never know someone's desire and most of the time you don't realise yourself (or don't admit) all the things you are attracted to.

 

When someone tells me "i'm not gay" i always take it as "I don't think i have (ever had) any attirance for a guy" 

This album is literal Swedish pop perfection. The fact that he’s never really had much success outside Sweden is a travesty, he’s always brought the hits. This album has his best work on it though. 
 

Don’t Leave Me Hanging is out of this world, the chorus could almost be an ABBA song it’s that catchy and fantastic. 
Bullet and Rewind It are also absolute smashes. 

Loser is a whole bop.

This album might be a staple for me. 

As someone who has been following Benjamin since Melfest, honestly, it's really something he would do and reflects his sound now. I do like some songs from Playlist so far, I think I'll revisit it to get an overall idea of how I really feel about it but Identification (along with EMOTIONS by Felix Sandman, he hasn't released anything in like two years) for me holds something special since it just reminds me of my first semester of college but it has some bops. En gång i tiden (del 2) wasn't my cup of tea, but En gång i tiden (del 1) was. It's cute though.

so sugary poptastic, i mean in case if he expands his oversea promo it would be probably only in UK, sure they still love this pop type.

 

love second half more, Loser, Afterlife, and Me Without You are my fav. 

 

just a take, lot of straight guys who love doing chessy pop, gay disco, funky retro house always caught attention to more girls than other genres. so practical about spot to hook those wide range of audience too. plus they seems smell better than rock band, hip hop acts.

The whole album is really good and well produced, a great mixing between swedish pop, ABBA, 70s Bee Gee and modern pop

This song is so hypnotic and feels vocally unique. Ben definitely went further than other pop boys when it comes to recreate disco pop.
