Gaga has found her lane. She will continue to do her republican'd music to middling success, do 1 event movie tailored to her strenghts a year and remain a big celebrity and influencer. No, she will not be a vital force in music again but that's not bad for a veteran act.

She’s not completely over like Katy, if she releases the right song she will have success. 

She can rebound if she needs to (e.g. post ARTPOP), but fortunately she doesn't since she's a solidified A-List legend.
