I never understood the “all of Lana’s music sounds the same” you can’t possibly say, and believe, that ultraviolence sounds like born to die. Or that either of those sound like honeymoon. Even the last three albums which have been more singer/songwriter all have a pretty different sound 

Is both an option?

ATRL switches on anyone as soon as they start showing signs of flopping. Back when EOM teaser was dropped and I expressed my disappointment at her doing exactly the same sound (at least for the lead single) I got crucified by success stans

NFR sounds nothing like Lana's previous albums and CCOTC is easily her most adventurous and experimental album. BB is the only one of her recent albums that sounds like more of the same.

I did too. People think success makes her beyond criticism. Guess what? It doesn’t!

No, even on Blue Banisters Lana had some interesting experiments like Dealer and The Trio. Adele is completely predictable and uninteresting.
