Was looking forward to this cause I wanted to get a silver pair but now I might just get the older version at a discounted price. I'd rather have the lightning cable than that new starlight color.

I miss the times when they slapped the three same colours and everything and you could propperly MATCH your devices. 

idk on paper 160 Pros' updates don't sound like anything impressive tbh, but the regular 16 definitely got a big specs bump that makes the buy worth it.

 

Thinking of upgrading to the 16 Pro, but I'll probably go to a store first to get hands on impressions.

 

Watch 10 looks cool in that new black colorway and wider aspect ratio. I'll check out that too, might upgrade my watch too down the line if I really like it.

the iPhone 16 is the one which is worth buying this time, but there's nothing outstanding for real.

i will need to upgrade from my 13 mini next year though good luck for myself

The Sleep Apnoea feature will be great for me, I'm at an increased risk due to family history of it. It's coming to the Series 9 and Ultra 2 too.

As the owner of 15 Pro Max, there is nothing new to upgrade.New camera button and a new color? Skip.

This will be the first time in 5 years I won't be upgrading. I miss the times when these events were exciting.

I'm not upgrading, we're getting most of the Apple Intelligence features except Visual AI, that's all.

There's literally 0 reasons to upgrade if coming from 15 pro. They even kept the natural titanium color so if you have it, the phone will still feel fresh. And yes, most of the AI we're getting it so. Maybe it's a good upgrade for the people coming from the 13 or 12.

I have the 14 Pro Max. Hmmm I wanna upgrade but. I might wait idk.

Everyone talking about upgrading their 14/15s but i'm still using my X

 

I bought an iPhone 14 Pro a year ago, but 80% of the time i'm still using my X that has 2 hours of battery life

 

Anyway I demo'd the Vision Pro last week. It was cool, especially watching movies, but in terms of picture quality, your standard 4K TV is def better. 

 

Airpods with no rubber tips + ANC is cool. Would've definitely bought it years ago before the Pros got released. I used to hate eartips, but i'm used to them now. My mom might like it tho.

I wanted to upgrade from my 12 but it's not giving very much reason to  

I have to upgrade my 12 Pro Max cause I'm complete out of storage space and I refuse to store anything on the cloud 

I kinda find the new camera button uglee

Since the EU doesn't get any of the AI features any time soon, I'm not even thinking about upgrading. 

I think I'm upgrading to the 16 Pro. 
 

when they finally add ProMotion the the regular models maybe i won't need the Pro anymore. I can't handle not having 120 hz refresh rate

i don't think i need to update my phone, I have the 15pro max. Def will get the new watch tho, mine's really old atp  

not them selling new colours of airpods max with the same spec at the same price they sold many years ago

It's not. If you want lighter phone and a usb c, then go for it. Otherwise it's pretty much the same phone for average user.

Am I the only one who hates 'always on' displays? I'm so used to my screen turning off when I press the lock button on my phone. Also, I'm kinda surprised Apple didn't really mention the thinner bezels on the 16 pro models... the bezels are hella thin!!! 

 

Anyhow, I have a regular 15 (non pro, non max) now but am thinking about moving up to the 16 pro max. I kinda want a bigger phone again although I have small hands :/ I like the new desert sand color. 

 

Also, genmoji... so are these emojis going to work for the people who have older model iphones? like I know they wont be able to create them, but will they be able to see them? or will it be a mess and the people with older models are gonna get some weird glyph on their side?

 

Also, what happened to carplay 2.0?!?!?!? I've been waiting on that stupid thing since they announced it like 1 or 2 years ago
