She really shopped my order and delivered it, with no notifications at all during that process. Being that I had cold items, she could have said something, especially when she knows it's as hot as it is outside. I just happened to open the app to see if my order was still waiting to be prepared and was met with a screen asking for a tip. 

 

I could be upset, but it wouldn't even be productive or mean anything after the fact.
