i guess it might depend were u grow up coz wearing high/long socks just reminds me of high school uniforms

Almost every Dostoevsky book, no matter how psychologically and politically complex, ends with the main character (not always the narrator) needing to find God, so I gave up on him.

 

Among Dostoevsky's stuff I only read Crime and Punishment at 9th grade

It was definitely too soon for me because I didn't understand much
