Woke up from a nap.

Was reviving the j-pop discussion really worth when you get an occasional shade that it's all old divas even though I'm trying to raise awareness of newish artists? I'm not my fault that most of the idol fans left after the forum's constant issues or that divas are a catnip to the forum's audience? Maybe I'd love to discuss something else and host rates for less 'appealing' artists, but I'm just doing what's realistic.

A doctor was judging my poor diet and was like "Do you want to live to see 40" and I'm like "Honestly, not really. Life has become so expensive we have to work ourselves into the ground to get by. Eternal sleep actually sounds nice."

 

Every time I talk, I MUST force my voice to come out or else I simply cannot talk  It genuinely feels hard to speak sometimes and it's so annoying

I wonder if it's related to my stuttering issue

I have only heard each single once though, so maybe I'm just not used to it. I didn't think the songs were bad (the instrumentals were good).

A cute album, and I'd probably like it more if the gays weren't all over it. Angel of Satisfaction and Everything Changes are nice experimental moments.

Where did that Rose Gray girl even come from? I listened to the album it's pretty enjoyable

1. watched Olivia's bad idea right mv after a long time and the mind-f*ck it was to find Tate McRae there I wasn't interested in her back then so I didn't know how she looked.
2. really impressed at how much I vibe with HAIM's new songs. 3/3 so far and hyped for their album

No idea, but I'm glad her album got the traction it did online or I would have missed it! Actually, I first saw it compared to brat and dismissed it as a brat rip off, but then I finally decided to stream when I noticed to the two guys kissing on the album cover 

 

Her early singles aren't my cup of tea, but she is really in her bag with these more recent dance/house tracks

Interesting, I feel like this is the album katy thought she was making with 143 actually   Hackney Wick / Just Two / First are my favourites

Headphones On was my fav. The title is fitting because it was much better with headphones on!  

I was planning to listen to her album anyway, but I can probably enjoy it better now that you've removed my hater glasses.

I'm updating my resume and applying for jobs over the weekend. I don't want to see a single shocked face from them whenever I put a two-week notice in, which will inevitably happen. My transfer requests haven't just been "requests." That's me saying, "I'm getting out of there, whether or not you lose me all together is up to you." I gave them a chance.
