I just noticed after so many years of living that I am a bit bipolar. I've had a radical 360 degrees shift (especially after consuming coffee) on my emotions. I think acknowledging it is a good start. Might start fixing sleeping, avoiding caffeine and perhaps using some medications besides antidepressant (which I don't want to use). 

 

I have this mood swing thing for years, and I was not open out of being embarrassed now I learned how much hormones play into it.

My field is administration in higher education. Yesterday I interviewed for a job like that. I'm looking in another city so it's not easy but I was there in person and they said they will let me know by the end of the week. I'm pretty much applying to everything tough, from customer service to physical jobs etc. Lowkey no one wants me for now  

I have to find a job within 2 months so it's still a bit of time

Omg I used to work administrative in higher ed too. My job had good pay but I left because I still felt miserable and underappreciated.

 

I hope you find a better opportunity ahead of you though! You've got this

Yeah, this job is kinda not what I dreamed of but it's not the worst and I'm not really career oriented for now. I want to educate myself some more when I finally find new job

Is this what you want to do, or is there a field of work you actually enjoy doing? The job market seems really rough these days.

I feel pretty comfortable working in science administration but I don't really have a dream field of work I think. I like working with data and I'm really good with presentations (I could be a guide for example) but I'm also kinda lazy tbh  And I have really bad manual skills
