Try Momoko Kikuchi's ADVENTURE/Tropic of Capricorn, Mariya Takeuchi's Variety or Taeko Onuki's MIGNONNE. Junko Ohashi also has a lot of similar stuff, but most of her discography isn't on streaming, and the albums that are a mixed bag. Junko Yagami's FULL MOON is cute, too.
