I’ve been listening to RV’s Japanese album for the past few days, half of the songs are whatever, the other half are  ranging from bop to major major bop.

Don't drag me but if this ends up being a The Feels quick lil single, it might be cute. They are not popping off as hard internationally as some of their peers so an international English single wouldn't be the worst idea IMO.

 

They should have just released a Lucid Dreams English version though.

and i'm probably wrong but i feel like kpop has peaked in the us. like these groups are selling albums cuz of the benefits and better distribution but i don't think any one them can make noise in the us, none of them are as popular as 2016 bts, bp or even exo there. i don't even think bts' single is gonna do that good

I've always been confused about this, the massive market was in the palm of their hands since k-pop was literally a local genre to Korea and they had BoA, TVXQ and SNSD smashing there. Like they definitely had a good reputation there to set up their Gen 3 and onwards groups to be much bigger there.

 

I guess they never cared about just the money, or SPERM would've never happened / the way it did
