To be fair, Stray Kids seem to be the only group they know what to do with. Maxident's planning and promotions have  been amazing.

YG literally only has BLACKPINK - I mean, BP is literally the 2nd biggest kpop act of all time - and biggest kpop gg of all time but is having 1 successful act (although super successful) enough for you to join the big 3? Might as well call it BLACKPINK Entertainment while we're at it

YG is full of flops.

 

Blackpink is what keeps that company alive, I guess Big Bang too but they haven't release an album in a long time.

I’m sure JYP has enough data on kpop in the US that releasing a song aimed at preteens is a good idea (I hope ).

They literally only have Blackpink rn. Maybe BigBang still have chance smashing based on the Still Life cb success, but now they're lowkey pull a Rihanna, Winner and iKon are irrelevant on a grand scheme in Kpop, and Treasure was like the 2018-2019 pre-God Menu SKZ seen as the biggest failure BGs from the Big 4, and YG take forever to debut Baemon. Not to mention YG for some reasons have significantly less comeback and shorter promotion period with less music show performance compare to other Big 4 (see Treasure recent cb). 

Yeah what in the heck is going on with YG? Aside from BP nothing they're doing is achieving any kind of lasting cultural relevance.

 

It's kind of the same with SM this year, but companies can't just debut new groups whenever they start floundering with the ones they have. they need to breathe new life into the acts they already have. 

 

But the way these companies act we're definitely going to see SM push out a new boy group/girl group and YG push out baemon soon.
