Y’all said the same thing after her Super Bowl performance a year ago. A year later look at the love it’s getting, the numbers and the impact. It’s never too late to accept that there’s a huge contrast between how she’s perceived on ATRL/social media vs. in reality/by the general public.

concert demand has risen immensely since the pandemic ended. someone as big as rih won’t be struggling to sell out tickets. she was struggling to sell out arenas in the us back in 2016 but now someone like dua lipa who lacks a big presence in the us can go on a sold out arena tour. times are different lol

You are literally idiot like most of the navy who became fan when Rihanna became "cool" (around Unapologetic when she started serving half assed performances, releasing demos and not giving a ****)

I'm trying to refrain from overreacting but this was pretty awful. Like we gave her a pass at the Superbowl because she was pregnant, but you mean to tell me that one year later she's actually performing WORSE?  One of the problems is that this performance generated a lot of buzz leading up and has been making international headlines for weeks so everyone's watching. 

 

Also, 8 million dollars and you get on stage and deliver a performance like THAT? I know they're billionaires but they got scammed. The lack of energy and effort is almost disrespectful. 

 

I see people in here saying that it's just rust from not performing in a long time but the issue is that it's becoming clear that she has no interest or desire in improving. She's 36 and now the mother of two kids and running multiple businesses. I think this is the best we're going to get from her from now on.
