This is very random, but the fact that the three artists that I consider to be the best musicians ever (in the modern era), aka Bjork, Susanne Sundfør and Lana Del Rey all have said that Rihanna is their favorite popstar is so important and such a great validation. I wonder if Rihanna needs more confidence in her abilities as an artist, and if the reason she doesn't release is that she thinks she's a better business woman than an artist (which obviously is wrong). 

 

but it is insane how she has released 6 amazing albums and 2 enjoyable ones and her highest grade on MC is 74 I'd be discouraged too

I feel like the ANTI snub really discouraged her. I know she tried to play it cool but deep down, i bet she knew her best album deserved some sort of recognition… The tables have turned for ANTI and i’m sure she can deliver another classique easily. I hope Asap is encouraging her
