I've heard heard people say that her cancellation was the reason why the headliners were announced so late. I wonder if there was any truth to the rumors about her doing SBHTS and then Coachella with new music...

yeah she was booked for Coachella & Glastonbury, allegedly. She had planned to announce a tour after the SB too, according to several trustworthy journalists

Baby #3 around the time of Smurfs release, 2 songs on the soundtrack, nothing R9 related until baby #3 is about a year old. Bookmark me. 

I doubt baby #3 will happen as soon as next year so... 2024 should be the year, simply because she was originally booked for a tour and some festivals this year (and came back to music with Lift Me Up & the Super Bowl)

It actually wouldn’t be so hard to believe that if she didn’t seem clueless about what she wants to do musically. Cause I don’t think the issue is her schedule atp. We know she’s scared she’s not gonna be able to top Anti and feels pressured about not meeting the expectations… I feel like with each day passing she’s feeling more distant to the idea of putting together an album for the world to listen.

 

And about the 2023 tour and festival plans…I’m really curious as to what did she plan to do with those shows… Cause I’m certain there’s no R9 finished and waiting to be released.

I definitely think she was ready to launch the new era with new music....album likely wasn't complete but that's been the case for most of her releases. She's usually working the album even after first single is released. 

 

I just don't think there's any way she was planning on going on a tour or doing multiple festivals with no new music....like what's the point it's not like she needs the money 

If the album doesn't come in 2024 (I think first half is most likely) then I don't think she's releasing another album....ever. More babies will come, more businesses will be launched, and music will be the very last thing on her mind.

Yah she’s def been scared to put out a new album because she felt it wasn’t worth it if it wasn’t better than Anti

 

but she did talk about taking that toxic pressure off and missing the visuals in her British Vogue interview earlier this year so…  gives me hope that she’s in the right mindset now (especially after getting back on stage)

I just think there’s no way people working on new music with her would be dead silent about it this whole time. That’s why I don’t think there’s new material. When they start recording we’ll know cause they will all be running their mouths as they always have.

 

 

Maybe she had the idea and some songs were officially chosen for the album. And she said yes to the festival and was looking for the tour, meanwhile she was finishing the album. Then baby 2# and bye to all.

 

She is very unpredictable. But I am sure she will drop R9 in less than a year. I want to believe that she will give the navy what we deserve before baby 3 

 

 

I can't even imagine the sound she'd be going for on an album now

I think the beginning of the albums rollout was ready, when the informations were spread around, that she will go on tour in 2023. Then like what Rihanna said, her second pregnancy changed the plan. I'm certain, that she will release R9 at the end of 2023 or early 2024. It doesn't make any sense, that all those festival like Coachella or Glastonbury headlines her as one of those big artist to perform on their stages then everything is canceled without new music out. There IS new music coming but not now. I think everything is ready to be released, but after her second pregnancy that interrupted the rollout of R9...

 

I'll keep my fingers crossed. We will get R9 in the next months...

We don't know exactly. 

But I always thought that she was at 3-4 months at SB. Looks more like a three months belly with some post partum rest. So I think the end of July or first of August.

This is what that song sound so horrendous. But the production, with that noise all the song is the worst part . They were trying to connect with the message of the song. But nothing asked for this and  it's not enjoyable. I hate it since the first moment I listened
