Love love the album. I'm so happy. 

Done the first listen. I'm just so.... genuinely proud and happy for her. I'm not going to suddenly pretend that all the setbacks and delays weren't frustrating as a stan many times over the last few years, but she can now feel satisfied and fulfilled that it all led to an INCREDIBLE debut. Like I was expecting something good that I'd enjoy as a stan, but this is truly on a level I'm not even sure I fully expected. It's so cohesive and has such a core identity to it while still being interesting and memorable and exciting. I had already stopped caring about her commercial performance several weeks ago, but now I TRULY don't give a fuck because whatever happens after this, nothing will change this EXCELLENCE and take away from how perfectly this album represents her craft, talent and artistry

After listening to Insomnia, All Yours, and Lights On I know my girl could pull something like Complicated by Nivea off. Its one of the first songs that came to mind when I heard that guitar on Insomnia.

If I'm RCA, I'm tossing Motivation or Love Lies on an alt version just so Normani can scan her album gold sooner than later with RIAA certification. Then you can tout that for a Grammys campaign.

I feel like if Normani can get this in the top 25 - 50 of Billboard, RCA will eat that up and give a lil more budget. They know they did not spend as much as they could have to launch this album so that would be a huge win cost wise. ITunes looks promising, the playlisting is cute enough, she's trending #1 US. Good signs so far for a cute lil debut!
