Yeah the concerning part is the leaks are still accessible on YouTube. I don't think Normani or her team are aware of this.

I don't agree with that. I'm sorry. Just because fans have been listening to leaks that weren't her doing doesn't mean they should feel entitled to new records.

 

at the end of the day she chose what she wanted and what fit the sound of her debut album. If fans chose to listen to everything and it turned out that that everything was on the album then so be it.

 

I'm just ready to hear everything mix, mastered in its final form and support her in the album that means so much to her.

Yeah, this part I can agree with. Very weird and incompetent of them to not get those videos taken down the second the songs were even in consideration for the final track list (but it's her team, so what's new )

Like @Flare said, if they are coming with sickening visuals I don't mind, but if all we're getting is 3 new songs and a video for CP it's gonna be 6 years of anticipation for the bare minimum

I'm so confused. If Insomnia is on the album, why tf has her team allowed the leak to remain on YouTube for at least 2 years? Why has her team allowed any of these leaks to stay on YouTube if there was a chance for them to be on the album?

 

What I mean is, we waited 6 goddamn years when this album could've been released 2 years ago???

Well this album was supposed to be released two years ago and now I'm really mad for Fair. I can understand why she would take it off because she got a new boo, but oh my god.

in that case she should've been more transparent about the behind the scenes. she had us thinking candy paint was coming like 4 times in the span of 2 years

Well at the end of the day I just think creating this album was really hard for her while going through all these obstacles.  I'm glad she's finally coming out with a body of work she's happy with and I'm so excited to see where this era will lead us

1:59, Big Boy, Lights On, etc didn't exist.

This. I will pretend to be shocked when this album comes out. As a matter of fact, I haven't heard a single song off of it that wasn't the singles.

I think you're being a little bit sensitive on this one. We clearly understand the situation but we also allowed to be disappointed about different things on this rollout lol. This doesn't mean we aren't gonna support in any way we all love Normani and are riding for her.

It's not about being sensitive. It's about being real about what is and what isn't. 
 

B*tching and moaning about something that you already "know" what it is about does nothing more than take away from a moment from all of us who I know love her and support her and just add an air of foolishness and BS into a moment where we should be lifting her up.

 

So if it is what is truly let's just enjoy this music that we know is coming, keep it positive and run it up for our girl.

 

It should be that and period.
