She looked really good last night and finally more like back in the day. Them festival looks earlier this summer were a mess. I wished she would have "performed" the whole song and not just that same snippet again..

Wdym it was doomed from the start when she released two songs at the same time, splitting the sales, and cried on radio about a video shoot that happened 5 months ago.

Crying about Cardi was doing PROMO the right way and was iconic She gave us two good songs to introduce us to the era, the start of that era was PERFECT. Visuals, release strategy, music videos, EVERYTHING was on point. It only went downhill really quick afterwards with her delaying the album and releasing Rich Sex and Bed as singles

* bad promo and are you crazy nothing about Nicki crying about Cardi was iconic  And no, splitting the sales was a bad idea, dropping a video for Barbie Tingz first and not Chun-li was a bad idea. She also released the song on Tuesday and not Friday, which made her lose tons of sales for her first week debut. NOTHING was on point. Convince yourself all you want that it was good after I've just listed 5 reasons why it sucked. DWHAP? rollout was much better in comparaison, it's probably her most professional rollout ever.

Okay, I kind of forgot half of that already From my remembering it was just a great rollout

the queen rollout was needed, and i'm not acting out while saying this. if she stayed quiet in the queen era while the industry pushed her out, we would not had all the iconic viral moments which made her gain a whole new young demographic.

 

so I can not truly drag queen era, it was a gift and a curse.. but idgaf, queen radio still makes me cackle till this day
