Not another week passing by and still no Freaky Girl in sight.

the freaky girl sound has been used in like 15k videos on tiktok so far 

 

the label probably wants it as viral as possible before release. it’s why they do these stupid snippets months before they drop songs now 

People will get bored of the song before it even drops. Great strategy.

On topic: Does anyone have any assumptions on why she is delaying FG's release? I'm honestly confused on why it isn't out yet, or a hint of a date. 

Inhuman sounds extremely dated. There are like 3 songs from that album I use. The songs she recorded before Darkchild took over the production were much better. Full Moon, Never Say Never, Afrodisiac, B7, even Two Eleven > Human

 

OT: I think this Friday is likely. It's me trying to be optimistic.

Oh, I agree that the other albums are better but Human has such a special place in my heart. It sort of sounds like one long song, but I thoroughly enjoy it. 

 

OT: I'm hopeful that she will drop it on Friday, and that she is just ignoring the usual rollout the Twitter Barbz suggested. She dropped the snippet now we just need the cover art tonight or early tomorrow and get the song Friday at midnight. 

 

It helps kill the annoying anticipation for me.
