One thing I've noticed on here is nobody ever really talks about "Into The Groove".

It still annoys me that it could've been a US #1 if they hadn't messed up by first releasing it as a B-side to "Angel".

It kinda makes it more iconic in a way. The way a non-single became one of her biggest well-known songs is impressive

I still can't believe they thought it was B-side material considering how instant it is.

Anyway, I don't know about you, but I always listen to the reissue of LAV rather than the original 1984 version. The original doesn't feel complete (to me) without ITG.

Not another Frozen remix I adore the original, but she needs to move on.

 

I'm not exactly sure what's happening with the biopic, but it doesn't seem to have progressed that much.

Twitter simply don't have this much power over streams like TikTok has (and to be fair, that tweet is not what I would call a viral tweet - BIM has lots of real viral posts and it still gets very little reaction over streams). But we can still celebrate the positive reaction for her, especially on Twitter where she is constantly dragged for anything.
