Spotify is all playlists though, have you never seen all the dua singles that are out of the top 200 and she puts them on TTH and then boom the song is on the top 100 the next day Of course if the people dont like it they won play, but it works the other way too if people like a song but there is no playlists isn't gonna help much the numbers.
