July 28, 20242 yr comment_26252895 So I watched the Olympics performance a few more times and well I was originally a bit underwhelmed, the stream I was watching it on the woman was narrating the entire thing and mixing that with the subpar camera work and production being lower than I expected I was like ok? But watching it in higher quality without the narration I actually really love it. She was perfect, her vocals, the look even tho she was singing jazz it felt new and unlike anything shes done before the whole thing was very feminine in a way that she is usually not which again I love seeing her showing different sides of herself which is why she is such a versatile queen. Literally if France got their **** together and had a bigger production and the camera work was on point it would have been a MOMENT like looking at the original Mon Truc en Plumesthis the camera work was a huge part of what made it special and so camp. But I'm happy we got this performance and I hope to see more of this feminine/cute side of herself.
