I assume the stadium will constantly be in use till the closing so even if she's to perform then, they can only rehearse now before the opening.

P.S.: Now that the tea about Gaga doing cabaret-like choreo for the Olympics is debunked, the possibilities are endless...La Vie En Rose is not a song for her to perform at the piano and the piano is custom so surely she'll be the one playing it...
