Sinner's Prayer getting the praise it deserves??? We love to see it. It's a shame she only performed it once because honestly the live version EATS the lesser studio cut. Joanne always wins!

 

I still cannot believe how bad she is at picking lead singles. The way ANY OTHER SONG on Joanne would have been a bigger hit and more appropriate for a lead than PIss. (I still love her as an album cut though).

Hold My Hand has really grown on me a lot.  It's safe, but works for what it's supposed to do.

 

I realized a few days ago one of the problems I had with it is there's literally no (perceivable) backing vocals and it's straight up just Gaga's one main vocal line throughout the song I believe? I knew something was off when I first listened to it, and I think that's what it is. I'm so used to Gaga's mainstream pop songs having lush backing vocals that really complete her songs in a way no other artist's does for me.
