Wil.I.Am is known to have dinners with people he collaborates with (Britney, Shakira, Eva Simons, J Balvin). I doubt he's the main producer though. I can see him working on one or two songs but I also wouldn't be surprised if he's somehow involved in the "tech" side of her next project since she did follow The Sphere recently.
