One of the greatest performances of all time. I was so obsessed with this performance in 2009. It was giving me literally chills. The amount of power and confidence she had she served "I am the greatest pop star of all time and I am 10000 better than everyone else combined"

I remember downloading this performance ripped from youtube to mp3 and uploading to my ipod 

The final chorus of Paper Gangsta feels like the climax of The Fame for me. A series of back-to-back hits culminating into a more relaxed confident song acknowledging that even though she faced the set back of being dropped by Def Jam, she never gave up and opened her career with a colossal blast.

Feeling so nostalgic today
