Basically Lollapalooza and some other festival in other countries (like Colombia and Paraguay) were taking place and the four headliners in all gigs were Miley, MGK, Doja and Foo Fighters. They were all well-received in each country, especially Miley.

 

The festival in Paraguay was canceled last minute because of a literally lethal storm. The whole venue was destroyed and drowned. Miley couldn't arrive in the country and flied straight to Brazil; some hours later she posted a special video singing and giving a speech for her Paraguayan fans. Just a simple effort made thousands of fans happier. Machine Gun Kelly literally gave a free concert outside of his hotel in Asunción. Doja? Absolutely nothing. She didn't even acknowledge the cancelation, and was instead posting about her excitement for her Brazil gig (which seemed like the only South American country she could point out in a map).

 

Of course, Paraguayan fans and press were mad, she noticed and said "no one was waiting for her" in the country and that "she regrets even rehearsing for that show".  Instead of a simple "Paraguay I'm devastated".
