Making a thread claiming Gaga's not signing when there's literally so much evidence that she does, she does so many ad libs, interacts with the crowd, you can hear her breathing in choreo heavy songs, you can slo perfectly hear when she's not singing because they sometimes use really low backing vocals, or none at all in some mixes  

 

The fantastic Replay performance literally has a moment in the 3rd chorus where she loses her breath and stops singing for a few second and there's nothing because the original studio version of Replay has like very faint backing vocals. 

 

You can drag Gaga for a lot of things but not singing isn't one of them. There's only a couple of songs in the setlist where the backing track is loud, Telephone for example, because she's doing heavier choreo than she used to, but even then you can clearly hear when she stops singing because the backing track consists of the harmonies. So, if she stops singing, the sound doesn't sound right

Agreed. In 2013 and 2016 it became very clear to me, Gaga has many possibilities to stand out and be THE popstar of her generation in the present, at least try, but she, her team, her label, are not interested, at least from what we see, with Chromatica maybe they wanted to do it, but we know what happened...

Right? I really wanted her to serve a well executed era but its just not realistic at this point. Her team have given us enough proof they’re incapable. Interscope does the bare minimum to support her apparently.

When is she going to release the recording of TCB? I don't know if editing allows it but they probably can't finish it before the Vegas Residency later this year, so the best time slot would be before her last leg of Vegas Residency, that is early next year after shooting Joker 2. Or maybe she can release it during Oscars season to get some buzz for HMH.
