Oh man that sucks for people who went.  That's such a last minute cancellation too. 

I've suspected for a while that she has nodules. And all of the talking/screaming she does for the tv show is definitely not helping, along with the changes that happen to the voice with getting older. I hope she takes the time she needs to heal so she can still have her voice for decades to come. 

I think this perhaps provides more evidence to speculation that they're likely recording portions of these shows - making it all the more vital that her voice be in top shape.

Someone pointed out the setlist was called "A" so I wonder if we'll see a different set of songs this weekend and get setlist "B" in a few hours

How is she going to film The Voice in LA and do her show in New York and the residency? Her work ethic has become insane … I remember how she used to talk about hating working during the Stronger era

my rankings reflect that I only became a real fan during/after AIEW … her Christmas albums are top 4 for me because she sounds the best on those records, production-wise, imo

The only potential good thing about the voice thing is if it allows her to properly promote her next song 

 

but I doubt that'll have any impact
