Honestly, if she's going to get a hit, she'll get a hit. Even if she releases at the "perfect" time, it won't guarantee anything apart from a couple of spots on Hot 100. 

 

Smile rollout was during a "perfect" time when everybody was delaying and canceling (with the exception of folklore) and that didn't do anything 

Also throwback to the time (around 6 months ago) when I had a dream that Katy surprise dropped KP6. The sound was a very different one for her. If I had to describe it, the production was folklore but make it DL3 Tame Impala styled.
