Hilary hasn't signed a record deal yet so I highly doubt she shooting a music video unless she going independent

It's 100% music related or a cameo. 
I don't see her shooting for a movie or a tv series at the moment. 
We don't know yet if she singed to a label or not, but maybe we'll find out soon

If it was a proper acting project, I think publications like Deadline or Variety would have already announced that she signed onto a new project before shooting began. 
 

Would be so happy to have the Lizzie McGuire reboot revived for the 25th anniversary next year, but who knows what Hilary's relationship is like with Disney since the cancellation of HIMYF. 
 

I still don't see her signing to a label this go around when she can easily release independently and receive majority of the profits from streams, merchandise, vinyl sales, etc. I'm sure CAA can assist her with landing a distribution deal if necessary.

My only concern with her going independent is that she probably won't promote as much and there won't be any physical copies 

 

when Ashley tisdale released symptoms independently there wasn't much promo and no physical copies

Ashley was already falling out with Big Noise by the time Symptoms released. She was also a guinea pig for the indie label as I believe she was their first artist to release an album since it's inception.
 

Look at Aly & AJ - they've been independent for nearly 10 years now and have become a successful indie business. They're declining now because of the style of music they're insistent on making, but between Ten Years to ATOTB, they were selling merchandise and had genuine vinyl demand, often needing to repress releases due to vinyl sell out.

 

Hilary will do just fine as an indie artist if it's the avenue she pursues. She only requires a competent team to push her music in the necessary areas, which will be playlist support and social media.

I have purchased all the scents of the home diffuser, as well as the candles (besides Meet Me In The Garden), and I'm obsessed.

Everybody else I gifted it to loved it just as much.
