I'm trying to think of an instance where that was the case…

There was one in 22 when she was in the studio and it turned out it was just her recording audio for her book 

It looks like she really was recording music as she posted on her story a pic of her daughter in a music studio 

 

I just hope  whatever she working on she gets it released and doesn't abandon the project 

 

like the album she was working on after breathe in breathe out

 
which she abandoned for younger and was probably dropped from rca afterwards

I remember rca took because she was a former Disney girl and Miley was signed to them and bringing them a lot of success they were hoping Hilary could do the same 

If anything she needs to go independent or even release through Joel's label. That sounds far fetched,  insane even, considering their past.
 

But Matthew's doing it, and it removes tons of pressure from her performance and touring wise.

One of her the BEST songs in her discography. 

Some of her songs have been updated to Dolby and they sound kinda bad in Dolby 

 

workin it out sounds the worst 

 

I think her whole discography will probably be in Dolby soon

I think it was the audio for her children book that came last year 

 

I don't think Hilary will ever do a tell all book like Britney did at least not right now
