i’m feeling the same as many of you, i’m super apprehensive and a (little) hurt by the way she has been acting. 

 

she has always been a VERSATILE queen and the fact shes selling her versatility as fake and a cash grab really has tainted her image for a lot of people. 
 

even if this album flops (im not sold by the snippets, they are cute but thats literally it) at least we could’ve pinned it on her versatility.

 

i was really expecting her to at least give us one more mainstream album (to establish her touring power too) and then go more artsy with DC5. 

 

sorry for the meltdown, doja is the only “””pop””” star i genuinely love
