It'll be too late in my book ofc, only the real ones got those two albums instantly but I'll still be happy. This isn't just an incredible album.

Vocally, lyrically, sonically, thematically and personally it's her most profound album yet. It's almost as heart-wrenching as Lemonade.

i agree with this

yea  she deserved & was robbed of AOTY in the past but i must say...i am incredibly PLEASED that "Cowboy Carter" is THE ONE that finally got it.

its such a strong representation of everything that makes Beyonce's artistry GREAT...the vocals, storytelling, genre blending, vulnerability, instrumentation, historical significance, etc. It's such a RICH and personal album. CC doesn't skip out on ANY element.

there's something soooo poetic having a song like "16 Carriages" detailing her early career up until this point. CC just HAD to win it this time.

one thing I respect about CC compared to her other AOTY noms...there's no videophone, surfbordt, suck on my balls, drop it like a thotty moment staining the album. no shade b/c i love DrIL & CG!!

I know this award is a joke but the point is, she has cemented herself in history with the likes of Whitney and Lauryn. And on top of that she won an award for a genre that completely ridiculed and ex

i'm curious to where she is going to place the ballads again. if she is going to down the route as rwt and do it at the start or plug it into the show. i lowkey hope she gets them done at the start again and then open up the show with american requiiem.

in the bin at the stadium's entrance hopefully :cm:

imagine being a casual fan and having to sit through entire sections of stuff like just for fun, my rose, protector, blackbird and a bazillion interludes to get to the 1 song from the album you actually know :deadbanana4:

CORRRRRECT !

she said "this is a Beyonce album" so this should be a "Beyonce concert" aka we gon GAG

I can only repeat myself, but Smash Into You deserves a comeback with a Countrified Version. I can also make peace with Broken Hearted Girl. At least the crowd will know it + it fits CC quite well.

She didn't even perform every song on Renaissance so I doubt she'll do every song on CC

But then again, she really does whatever the **** she likes. She might jut sing the full album front to back and then I Care as the encore

:rip: tbh i feel the same. but we know that isn't going to be the case with this heiffa.

She's definitely not opening with a ballad set again. Just like CC has a completely different vibe from Renaissance, she shouldn't try to copy herself for this tour.

what non-cc cuts do y'all think she is gonna do?

i mean daddy lessons is a given. with suga mamma and why don't you love me seeming like obvious choices.

Am I wrong for wanting a more Accoustic tour . Like Yes a Dance heavy section etc but i honestly would love a long interactive Guitar Acoustic section with CC and Irreplaceable . I think she could balance it well , yes Grand etc like Renaissance for some numbers too .

( Also the liddos are scrambling the clown came back to bite )

You got a point, that's the theme of the album after all.

Listen would be perfect opening song.

Besides, she needs to bring back the hits: Irreplaceable, Single Ladies, If I Were A Boy, etc.

I feel like most people are expecting something like that and that's why the tour will be BIG. The huge stage and the limited run are already pointing towards that. She will make the ones attending LOVE the album and the ones skipping regret the decision.

That's what also Fatima implied a few months ago. It's the right thing to do.

Guaranteed CC songs:

American Requiem + Amen

THE

Levi's Jeans

Sweet Honey Buckin

Daughter (she lives for the operatic flex)

Tyrant

Riverdance mix

Spaghetti

Blackbird (for storytelling purposes)

Jolene (unfortunately)

16 Carriages

In limbo:

Protector

Bodyguard (a bit slow paced)

2 Most Wanted (missing duett partner)

2 Hands 2 Heaven (not easy to perform so it excited people tho gorgeous song)

Flamenco

No way:

Alligator Tears (I just don't see tho its one of my favs; could be part of an interlude tho)

My Rose

Just For Fun (unfortunately)

Desert Eagle

Thats my prediction at least

i do think we'll get bodyguard and ii most wanted for sure (in some form). i do think we'll get ii hands ii heaven as well. desert eagle, my rose i can see being interludes.

This album has SKIPS.

She can open with The Linda Martell quote/American Requiem with a big screen intro and then she does the end of AR live and start the show with a huge bang like YaYa.

I would rather this album not be done in consecutive order.

Texas as a closer would be great.

Protector/My Rose/Blue can be sprinkled in some intro.

Servers them right for coming to the Cowboy Carter Tour without being familiar with Cowboy Carter :)

Don't hate me but a Kitty Kat performance can be nice.

She never performed it live.

Ever.

There are some cheesy moments here and there (Jolene. Levi's Jeans, etc.), but the storytelling is overall stronger than her past albums.

its insane how obsessed i've become with "spaghetti" recently...like it went from being Top 5 worst song of discography to now i cant stop playing it

i've listened to it more times yesterday alone than i did all last year

Mostly agree.

Move Riverdance and Spaghetti to limbo. I can see those two as intros/transitions.

I think she would do 2H2H and Bodyguard. The latter is such an easy walking back and forth performance, she can do it in her sleep just playing with the audience.

Crazy In Love, Irreplaceable would be amazing, Love on Top, Drunk In Love, Daddy Lessons, All Night, Freedom, Cuff It, BMS, Heated, AHAP,

Deserve to be in…. Suga Mama, IIWAB, Schoolin Life.

Daughter will cut off I Care, Spaghetti will overtake Diva.

I wouldn't be mad if she dipped into the I Am… side and redid the arrangements with a pop country sound. I would love Smash Into You, Broken Hearted Girl, Ave Maria, Disappear…

Im not even a big fan of the album nowadays but there's gems in there than can get some love that they haven't gotten in yearssss

Scared of Lonely was always one of my favorites.
