If CC and/or act iii don't win AOTY I can see her never going to anything again until she's inducted in the R&R HOF and Kennedy Honors

CC isn't winning. Brat received more critical ancclaim and was a pop culture phenom. Billie's album was massive outside of Taylor's and awards love her, plus having the biggest song of the year. Sabrina and Chappell had the biggest breakthroughs. CC is great and created a lot of discourse however Bey refuses to let singles flourish and turns away the GP from her work. 

Billie or Charli is taking AOTY and that's ok, they deserve.

 

But when CC inevitably doesn't win every other fanbase is gonna be as insufferable as ever with the "but hive said it would win!!" even tho every hive I've seen has said they don't expect it and a lot actually prefer it doesn't since they feel Lem, ST or Rennie were more deserving.

Cowboy Carter is absolutely not winning AOTY and anyone who thinks so is delulu. If ST, Lem, and Rennie didn't win this has 0 chance. CC will probably stay really underrated in Bey's discography imo.

I'm not 100% sure on this but did making the video "unlisted" cause the streams to not count, hence avoiding a weird #60 debut on the Hot 100 or something like that?

One thing the Grammys love is a Brit with a big year. Amy, Adele, Harry, etc 

Beyoncé winning country album will determine whether or not she wins AOTY. Not counting her out yet. This is the year that most persons seem to be underestimating CC. Even her fans.

I mean....to be honest, it being seemingly "underrated" by fans and haters alike might be the very thing that helps it win 

I don't think she'll ever win it though. Multiple voters have already admitted that they typically don't vote for her because she already "wins so many awards." Which is not even true but I digress. And then there's the fact that no black woman has won it since Lauryn Hill so yeah. SZA may snatch it with her next release.

 

Plus although I love CC and it's in my top 2 Bey albums, I wouldn't want this to be the album that finally wins cause the Renny stans and OBHs would be equally annoying about it. And people would say it was a consolation prize even though that's so far from the truth.

yeah. there's probably plenty of grammy voters who don't see bey as a serious artist and resent her domination of critics and are tired of the praise she gets. it would be nice to see her get AOTY but its just not worth thinking about that much
