Some random thoughts, because truly nothing else is going on 

 

I've been meaning to listen to Billie's album which some of y'all said was good -  but I also kinda don't want to, because I know she's going to take AOTY  

 

I can rarely get into other artists in the months following a new Bey album.... however I've been getting into Chappell Roan recently, which was totally left field for me lmao but it feels good to listen to some other music

 

OH and this time last year, I was getting ready to travel from Australia to Barcelona for RWT. What a time to be alive

True, Beys focus is still, clearly, her art.

Taylor only cares about numbers. Everything else just serves that. Her "artistry" is the marketing of her mediocre music and ridiculous amount of variants to manipulate charts

CC is still the best album of the year. 

this act **** better be wrapped up by the end of this year and i hope she retires for good after that  

 

 

 

Ykw, I've never been that enthusiastic about the Telephone continuation and it's never felt like the right time, but I think both artists are in a place now where it might just work.

One thing I can appreciate as a graphic designer from this "era" is... the art direction for that beencountry website.

They are embarrassing big time, always seeing impact and "queen"isms in everything, but I do live for anything related to stopping 4 times AOTY winner Taylor, whos been rewarded with being mediocre for far too long. Yes, im petty like that

Also true, i was more so saying what I said in relation to u pointing out they let Beys album die, which granted is understandable at this point
