Also theres in indirect effect going on: When Beyonce went #1 with THE as a black artist, topped the Country charts both with THE and the album, it showed that the world and especially the US are capable of embracing Black musicians in that genre. This open-mindedness further fueled the appreciation for Shaboozey

as someone previously mentioned i think the worst part is the obvious lack of the "big masterplan" everyone swore would unfold… cause when you're two albums into a 3 act project and you STILL don't know anything, nothing's explained and nothing's happening either i think it's safe to admit that they have no clue what they're doing or simply don't care enough to do it right 

 

even if there's some big film to tie all of it together there's no reason to not release more singles and do more with the era you're in right now. and even a whole film won't make these eras any less botched anyways, it'll be a too little too late kinda situation…

It could, but will it even be released or given proper treatment? It's the hold up of this album. That or Levii could be an irreplaceable type smash imo.

15K for an unreleased song is a lot. His two songs on CC aren't even the GP faves but you think Bey is the reason he's getting a #4 peaking song which is going to end up bigger than anything on CC

 

Go to the sound usage on TikTok and you will see the audience is NOT the same as the people using that II HANDS II HEAVEN "trend" or still discussing anything about CC

The problem with this fanbase is the constant expectations yall create for yourselves. It's been almost a decade that Bey has been drop and stop when it comes to promo. 
 

She never promised more singles, more promo or even visuals at all. That's why she hasn't addressed anything, she doesn't wanna give false hope.

 

If yall set yourselves up for more that's on you. 
 

Her passion is clearly just in the creation process of the album. She will continue to drop, let the music speak for itself and we'll have to accept that or move on

I've always been marketing hive tbh... it's just that I'm not a complainer.

 

whether she decides to do something or let the album crash on every streaming platform without lifting a finger, it's still out, had 2 weeks at #1, and is a phenomenal record. anything on top of that would be fan service and boost her numbers, but she's gonna do what she's gonna do.

 

it'll be all her fault when Jay Z collab album for act iii reclaiming hip hop debuts at #2 with 105k units.
