It's crazy to think how much time passed since Formation World Tour  So much of my young adult life has happened without a new studio album from Bey and I finally get a new chapter at a perfect time.  

I escaped an abusive household in Africa, moved countries, and am about to complete my bachelor's degree in Brussels. I got to see Beyoncé live for the first time in Amsterdam in 2018. Her music has been the soundtrack to my life all throughout and it's thrilling to be entering a new era with her. I really think she's about to give her ride or dies the ultimate fan experience

I was in 9th grade when Lemonade came out. Since then, I've graduated middle school and high school, become a Beyoncé stan, moved to a new city for college and experienced some of the best years of my life, discovered I was queer and started building some self-confidence and self-acceptance.

 

I can't believe it's been so long since she dropped an album.  I just know she's about to slay us.

This is the first release in a while where i'm not like "OMGfjdlsfjifj freaked out" I feel like i've been waiting and knowing it was coming. 

 

I'm just so curious about the vibe and sound. I've felt in my bones since one of her interviews that it's going to be a very feel good album, an escape from the terror of the past few years. Plus it's a summer release. Fingers crossed.

I was also 18, doing my first year in University. I got my Bachelors Degree and now working as a pharmaceutical chemist.
 

I’ve lived in 3 different cities and came out to my family within that period.

 

Feels like yesterday to be honest.

I missed you guys too. Just YOU guys, not the rest of this place. I'm back cause we back!! I need new Bey. I've had such a depressing year and the fact that I'll be getting this album near the anniversary of my mom's death is just...whew! I need it. And a double album! We're being blessed and I'm happy I'm alive for it.

 

I don't care about sales or critics. I just want something AMAZING and I know she's going to deliver.

I'm not ready. My Bey tour fund is depleted because I've buried 5 family members within in a year! But we're on the up and up and no matter what, my ass will be seated at someone's STADIUM when it's time!

When she posts a snippet of the lead single on Tiktok tonight and the audio starts picking up steam before she drops it next Friday 

Also I ordered Pose #4. I'll probably get another (or vinyls if they release those soon) but I'm hesitant to get Pose #1 because evn thopugh I'm sure that'll be the wide cover, 2 or 3 might be sicker.

 

For example, using her Vogue UK shoot as reference, i'm pretty confident that Pose #4 will be something edgy af like Cover1 below, but then Pose #1 might be something more simple like Cover3 below and I'd rather wait and see which of Pose #1-3 will be the standount.

I think I'm gonna go with box 1 just to be somewhat contrarian 

Do we really think she's going to do promo promo? Do we actually care about that? Or do we just want the music and visuals?

 

I don't care about the sales, however it would be cool if this was her Emancipation.
