Bruno is getting more streams then literally any song on this list. Even double than most.

I hate Radio.

The way this forum loves metrics when it benefits their fave and hates the metric when it doesn’t :ahh:

ALL of your faves have benefitted from radio at some point for chart positions you brag about :toofunny3:

100 million on radio, biggest radio smash since BL :jonny: i remember reading some forbes article talking about how this wont serve longevity cause even its airplay wasn't as record-breaking as its debut showed. Fast forward three months, i think she's doing just fine.

She's recovered a bit in streaming and still has enough of a lead on pop airplay (and overall) to warrant a 10th week at #1 too :jonny:simply legendary.

SMASH 9 WEEKSS :clap3::party: GFGOGOGO 10 WEEKS

Edited by Nebur
.

The fact that EOM has a shot at surpassing Hello as a #1 :ahh:

And people called this a frontloaded underperformance :ahh:

Tbh I have played it longer than I did hello because it’s less gimmicky.

So I understand the appeal for this passive classic.

I literally haven't listened to EOM since the week it came out. Like are the ppl who are still streaming it not tired yet? :toofunny3: also wtf is We Don't Talk About Bruno, I thought it was something about Bruno Mars when I saw an earlier thread title :dies:

Billboard should drop radio’s percent. Bruno is literally the most popular song and everyone knows it.

So WDTAB wasn't even a threat :rip:

Stay needs to die already, it's overstayed its welcome.

EOM getting another week atop, if it wasn't for Xmas, it would've had passed Hello already :jonny:

I mean its looking likely that it gets more weeks at #1, but its also looking very likely that it wont get close to the same certification (if they ever update Hello, but also the current 7x platinum will probably take a few years)

i agree. Hello is still a 8/10 even on a poor day ofc, but EOM has much more replay value due to it being less loud/big. So ppl are right when they say its not as world-dominating as Hello was, but that was the point of the song according to Adele herself in a way. She failed at that clearly, but the attempt was there.

It’s convenient to “hate” a component when your fave isn’t the one benefitting from it. Question - were Swifties hating on radio as much during 1989 and Reputation?

Because there’s no reason why suddenly Radio is a bad thing when it’s always been a major component.

And the transparency of Swifties magically caring about this Disney OST not being #1 because of radio. Doesn’t it get tired at some point?
