if you're in the US and use Spotify, when you click on the Pop tab in the Browse section, this new playlist called Hot Hits USA should show up. previously, Today's Top Hits was the implied "US equivalent" to the Hot Hits playlists of other countries such as Canada and the Netherlands. it seems like Spotify has now officially declared Today's Top Hits to be the international hits playlist while Hot Hits USA will be marketed towards American audiences.

Oh I mean that it should appear in that space for US users when they go to the Pop section, but Spotify doesn't region-lock their playlists. for example, I can look at the French equivalent ('Hits du moment') from here in NYC lol

Yeah but it actually appears for me there too. If I go to the pop section I get TTH and this new playlist even though I’m from Italy lol.
